Welcome to the registration form of the EUFOR meeting 2026!

The European branches of the International Fellowship of Reconciliation (IFOR) and other associated organisations meet once a year to connect and share experiences, challenges and skills in their current efforts for peace, justice, nonviolence and reconciliation. This year the meeting is in The Hague (Netherlands), locally coordinated by Kerk en Vrede, the Dutch branch of IFOR.
This page will be updated with new information as the preparations continue – so please make sure to check back in from time to time.
Date, Venue and Costs
When?
We are meeting from 1st -3rd of May 2026. The Programme starts at 4pm on Friday 1st of May and ends after lunch on Sunday 3rd of May.
It is possible to attend only part of the meeting, please indicate so when reserving a room!
Where?
Stay Okay, Den Haag, Scheepmakerstraat 27, 2515 VA Den Haag
The Stay Okay is about 25 minutes walking from The Hague Central Station
If you want to stay any extra days please contact the hotel yourself!
Costs
The fee includes accomodation, meals (breakfast, lunch, evening dinner – vegetarian) and tourist tax.
1) single room – 315,00 Euro
2) 2 persons room, double room 171,00 Euro per person,
3) room for 4 people 150,00 Euro per person
Please note that the availability of single rooms is limited and consider a shared option!
